Organization: Set up Agility course behind the net again. Use the 7v7 field across the field with 6' far post goals, cones as shown, balls and pinnies.
Break group up into 2, run area 1 and 2 simultaneous for 10 minutes then switch. Area 3 will be run with the both groups.
Instructions:
Area 1: Centre player receives pass from the outside and dribbles through the cones, passing player runs around the outer cone and pursues the attacking player trying to steal the ball. Alternate from right side to left side. Players return and switch from passer to attacker.
Split the group and run on both sides of the field.
Area 2: Agility set up behind the net
Area 3: Set up formations on either side of the field, 7v7- 2-3-1and explain the positions, and basic movements of support. Demonstrate for 10 minutes and finish with a 7v7 game for the remaining time.

Duration: 10 minutes for 4 groups, 8 minutes for 5 groups.
Equipment: Area 1- 15x30; hurdles, cones, flags, poles
Area 2- 15x30, cones, balls
Area 3- 15x40 split to 2 fields, 5' farpost nets, pinnies
Area 4- 15x 40 2 5' farpost nets, cones, balls
Rotation- 8-10 minutes per station, 1-2,2-3A, 3A-3B, 3B-4, 4-1. Have players bring there water with them to each station.
Instructions:
Area 1- Agility course, run as races, players go through and around flag, sprint back to high 5 next to start.
Area 2- Starting cones are 5M to centre cones.
Players Dribble straight at centre cones and make a move to the right at the first cone, around the middle cones and continue to the opposite side. Have players go at the same time and they must avoid going around the centre cone in the same direction. Demonstrate outside cut with right foot, then progress to outside cut with the left foot going around to the left of the cones.
For the 7/8 group start with outside cuts, change to inside cuts, and if time allows demonstrate scissors.
Area 3- small sided games, play 4v4 for 5/6 and 5v5 for 7/8.
Area 4- Cones 2M apart, players dribble through and finish.
Progress to the blue players shown, defender passes in to attacker who dribbles through cones, defeder runs around the outside cone and tries to catch the attacking player before they can finish. For the U7-8 ages use a keeper, either rotate after each shot, or a permanent one.
