Technical Shooting and C and F
High player passes into player on top of box who turns and hits a shot. the high player then plays the ball wide into the crosser, who plays the ball into the box for the other 2 players. Rotate positions after.
Coaching points:
- 1st touch to turn and set up strike
- Body positon before strike
- Timing of run into box
- Body position to receive cross
- Decision of surface to use

Breakaway to goal with chasing defender
Coach plays the ball forward and the attacker tries to score in the goal. The recovering defender tries to stop them from scoring.
Coaching points:
- 1st touch into space
- Cut across defender if possible and atack centrally
- Compose before shot
- Head up to assess GK position
- Touch to either side to create angle

Crossing and Finishing with S.A.Q
Player 1 and 2 both go through the hurdles and ladders simultaneously. Once through, player 1 crosses into player 2. Rotate positions.

Numbered shooting outside of box (15 mins)
In pairs, players receive 4 balls from the numbered players. In turn, numbered players pass into the pair who can take a touch each before shooting. After the shot, they must sprint around cones before receiving another ball. After their 4 shots, they replace 2 of numbered players.
