red player around goal and stop the goal
yellow player around pole and first time shot.
Yellow player only goes when red stops ball.

1st phase
fb-cm-st-shot
2nd phase
fb-cm-lm -cross for striker and cm
3rd phase
fb-cm-st-lays off for cm to strike
4th phase
fb-cm-into channel fb overlap cross for striker and cm
work on 1 side, tempo is key as cm doing all the running, once 4 balls been delivered. swap sides,

TEMPO IS THE KEY
coach all 4 areas, shape, movement, (do be static) type of passes/crosses. striker movement, timing of runs etc.
WARM UP
WARM UP ( groups of 5s plus coach to join in on passing sequence and football tennis if you have 3 nets)
Football tennis or some activation with ball up in air and only one bounce.
5-10 mins.
Then gentle jog around park, 1 min jog, stretch for a min- do this 3 times with different stretches.
