Organization:
-4 cones in the middle of the area, 4 groups
-Each player has a ball
Instructions:
-On Coaches command, players dribble out to the cone, perform turn and return to their starting point, when they reach starting point the next person in line goes.
-Perform various turning moves.
Coaching Points:
-Close Control
-Head Up
-check over shoulder
-Accelerate after the turn
-Lower your body to give a better platform to accelerate
Progressions:
-Make into a race
-Remove 4 cones in middle and place down just 1 cone
-Now players are forced to turn with more traffic, pressure
Regression:
-Have all balls in center players race to perform turn and return as many balls as possible to their group.

Organization:
- 20x25 area
- four small goals
Instructions:
- defender passes to attackers feet, and play begins
- 1v1, attacker must turn before able to attack goals
- defender may counter if win ball
Coaching Points:
- proper turn/move to get passed defender
- check shoulder
-head up
Progressions:
- Add a neutral on opposite side player can use to play off of and bring into play
- Add a 2nd defender thats delayed 4 seconds (to encourage positive/quick play)

Ghostbusters (10 mins)
Organization:
All Players inside the grid with a soccer ball
Coaches with soccer ball in their hands
Instructions:
-Coaches are Ghostbusters trying to catch all the Ghosts (Players)
-Ghosts must try to dribble away from the Ghostbusters, who look to throw their soccer ball and hit the Ghost's ball
-If a Ghost is caught by a Ghostbuster, they must perform touches (toe touches, happy feet, etc) before they can play again
Coaching Points:
-keep their ball safe
-Head up
-Turn away from pressure to protect the ball
-accelerate into open space
-Dribble into open space
Progressions:
-Half the kids are Ghosts, half are Ghostbusters
-If a ghost is hit by a ghostbuster, the two switch roles
