Instructions:
GK starts with the ball. Defender show into a wide area of the field, recieves the ball from the GK and dribbles throught the gate. Once through the gate they pass the ball to Attacker 1 (attacker closest to them) and then the defenders defend the goal. Attacker one plays a pass to Attacker 2 who goes 1v1 to goal with the defender to goal.
Goal keeper plays to to opposite side next
Rotation
Defenders switch with each other and attacker switch each other. Switch sides after 5 minutes

Progressions:
After both sides have gone the first attacker now joins the attacking making it 2v1 to goal.
