Blues Keep the Ball in the box must make 5 passes before trying to play over middle Zone to red team
Remaining Greens Can try and intercept the pass
If successful Red team keeps the Ball Against different 2 green defender and try and complete 5 passes before returning ball to the blues
If possession is conceded whole team swaps roles

Set Up:
2 boxes ajoined 20 by 20 each
2 teams of 6 players 3 in each box
5 neutrals -2 on end line 2 on wings and one inm middle
Objective and Progressions:
-Make 5 passes and switch the play
-Must go wide to switch
-Both wide players must touch before switching
-Wingers can switch at any time
