Progression- Add 2 defenders every 3 passes
Description- 3 defenders in black, GK plays to 5, 3 opens up to the line, once 3 plays 6 he must attack the space up the line

Grid- half field, big goal to 2 small goals

Attacking team 4-2-1-1
Set up as shown using full half of pitch.
Two target goals 10 yards off the half way line. Attacking team must work the ball up the pitch to score in either of the two target goals.
Coaching points- Make space for yourself and your teammates, Open up you hips, #3 needs to stretch the field going up the line. #'s 6 and #8 attack empty space to provide support in the middle of the field, play positive as much as possible

Playing Activity
Organization- Big goal to small goals in half field. 8 vs 8 + GK
Attacking team: GK-4-3-1
Defending team: 2-4-2
Attacking team must work the ball up the pitch to score in either of the two goals.
Defending team must defend as they would in a match, if they win possession they can attack the goal.
Scenarios
Playing out through centre back or full backs.
