Players must pass the ball through the playing area, in any direction to a teammate (cannot pass next to each other, must go across the area)
Encourage them to look up, get their feet moving correctly and hand on the stick
They must count how many passes they can make without a mistake
ADVANCE: They must follow their pass and take the place of the person they passed to. The next pass should avoid hitting the person who is running after their pass!

Piggy in the middle
Players must pass the ball through the playing area, in any direction to a teammate
After 4 successful passes, the last player to pass becomes the Piggy and tries to intercept the ball while the other players on the outside of the circle try to pass it to each other. If the Piggy intercepts the ball, they have to try get outside the circle with it. The passing sequence then starts again.
Encourage quick passes and scanning for spaces.
