Patterns of play:
- players use the pattern of play to get used to passing the ball around
- players play the ball to the target players and play off them.
- use the mannequin to push off the player to get used to moving off the bal.

Rotation 1
1)
- 2v2 in the middle with 2 players of each team on the outside
- players have to reiceve the ball from one person and play it to the other
(players have 3 minuites in the middle then swap)
- players then go from this station onto station 2
2)
- player go into pairs.
- one player runs to the end of the line and back with a ball
- once the player is back they pass the ball to their partner and they run to the line and back.(this lasts 3 minuites)
then rest period
+go back to this station again but with 2 minuites in each, then again for 1 minuite
+how long the activity is is how long the rest period is

Rotation 2:
1)
- 3v3 with a target man at each end.
- players have to play to the nearest target man, combine to make 3 passes and then look to play the ball to the other endzone.
- players have to be over the half way line for it to count.
after 3 minuites of this, go straight to excercise 2
2)
- player run with the ball, get to the line and pass the ball back, they then sprtin back down to the back of the line (3 minuites)
same again but this time for 2 minuites then 1 minuite

6 ball game:
- 2 teams play in a normal match.
- as soon as a ball in play goes out, the team who is responsable for this must grab the ball and put it on the empty cone.
- the team who will have possession can use any ball and go and attack the goal.
- if a goal is scored the team who conceded must put the ball back onto cone and the attacking team can use any ball again.
+ game to be played at high intesnity with 5 minuite games with 3 minuite rest periods.
+ team scores goals = points, teams with the most goals over the games = winners
