Opposite Y Passing
Progression 1: A passes to B. B passes to C. C dribble returns to opposite starting position. Follow your passes.
Progression 2: A passes to B. B sets A. A plays long to C. Same rotation
Progression 3: A passes to B. B sets A. A plays long to C. C walls with B. Same rotation

Set-Up:
Groups of 9-12; 3 adjacent grids of 12x12 or larger (Game can be 4v2 or 3v1 depending on ability)
Organization:
3v1 (or 4v2) in Grid 1, after 3 passes players look for penetrating pass to players in Grid 2. Once in Grid 2, 1-2 players may join from Grid 1 to create overload and look to play target at end of Grid 3. Once players find the target, the game resets in opposite direction.

Player passes the ball with the prescribed number of touches/surface and then moves to cone with prescribed dynamic stretching. Diagonal run to opposite cone with dynamic strecth on way back.
One-touch passing - jog | hip in | hip out | knee up
Two-touch passing - hamstring | calves | half kick
Two passes - independent dynamic
