Organization:
1. 10 x10 Grid
2. Seperate players in 2 teams
3. Each grid gets a player from each team
4. 1 Ball per grid
Instructions:
1. Player play 1v1 in the grid
2. Player scores by dribbling pass the line for a point.
3. Once you score a point that player must leave the ball and run back and touch the end line to start defending the attacking player.
4. Play for an allocated amount of time (ex. 1 or 2 minute games)
Coaching Points:

4. Body positioning

Instructions:
1. Players play 2 v 2 in their grid
2. Same rules apply when score a point as 1 v1 .
3. Both players must touch the end line before defending.
4. Player must connect at least 1 pass before scoring a point.
5. Object is to score quickly and defend quickly using a teammate.

RONDO
Organization:
1. Grid 10 x 10
2. Seperate players into groups of 5
3. 1 ball per group
Instructions:
1. Set up 3 groups to play Rondo.
2. Players play Rondo for "X" number of passes to win.
3. Player in the middle needs to posses the ball to get out of the middle. Once the player in the middle posses the ball that player becomes a player on the outside.
4. The player that makes the bad pass or loses the ball becomes the player in the middle in another group of rondo.
5. The outside player that becomes the middle player must react quickly and run to another group before they get "X" number of passes in a row.

Progression:
1. Limit number of touches with outside players (based on ability level)
2. 2 players in the middle in each group
