Instructions:
1. Players are looking to perform static ball mastery.

Organization:
1. 15 x 15 (Change depending on ability and size)
2. 3 groups of 4 players.
3. 1 ball each player.
Instructions:
1. Two Players (A & B) look to dribble at the cone and beat it with the roll/roll-step.
2. Once Players A & B dribble and beat the cone, the next two players can go (C & D).
3. When payers are dribbling towards each other make sure they execute the move with the same foot as each other to prevent dribbling into eachother. .
Coaching Points:
1. Dribble the ball like Messi.
2. Head up as dribbling.
3. Timing of move.
4. Change of speed out of move.
5. Cut back across Defender Pathway.

Organization:
1. 15 x 20 Area Size.
2. 2 groups of 6 Players (If space is available)
3. Split the group(s) into two teams.
Instructions:
1. Defender begins with the ball and passes to an attacker opposite him/her.
2. Attackers are looking to dribble at the defender and look to score by dribbling through either gate.
3. Soon as the game ends (attacker dribbles through the gate or defender touches the ball) players switch roles.
Coaching Points:
1. Attack Defender at speed.
2. Timing of moves.
3. End product, head up as much as possible.
Progressions:
1. Players get extra point for using the move to beat the defender.

Organization:
1. Area size 30 x 25.
2. 3 v 3 (include GK if available).
Instructions:
1. Players split up into 4 teams and play a round robin tournament where all teams play.
Coaching Points:
1. 3 lines of attack, 1 defender, 1 midfielder, 1 forward.
2. Create as much space for player in possession.
3. Try to create a triangle at all times to give good angle of support.
4. Team mates create gaps, can player in possession look to Messi into them.

Instructions:
1. Attackers start the game by taking their 1st step from the cone.
2. Soon as the attacker moves, the defender opposite can run out and try and tag the attacker.
3. The attackers they are looking to get through either gate without being tagged by the defenders.
4. Players switch roles as soon the attacker gets through the gate or is tagged by the defender.

1. Drive at defender at speed.
2. Keep options 50.50
3. Look to unbalance.
4. Timing of Fake.
5. Acceleration.
