Freely choose the distances between cones based on skill level and training objectives.
Instructions:
1.- Player "A" plays to "C" (farthest foot), then, "C" rebounds the ball back to "A" (farthest foot).
2.- Player "A"commits the cone by dribbling the ball at it (with the closest foot to player "C").
3.- Player "A" (using outside foot) performs "Give & Go" with player "C" (back foot).
4.- Player "A" receives (into space-behind 1st cone) the ball with (farthest foot) from player "C".
5.- Player "A" (using inside foot) performs a one touch "Give & Go" with player "B" (back foot).
6.- Player "A" receives (into space-behind 2st cone) the ball with (farthest foot) from player "B".
ROTATIONS:
A becomes B
B becomes C
Coaching Points:
Player "A"
1.- Quality of pass to player "C" & correct body positioning to receive (furthest foot) the rebounded ball from player "C".
2.- Recognition of space behind the 1st cone
3.- Perform the 1st Give & Go at the last possible minute to get behind the cone.
4.- Identification of the second cone and, supporting player to play the Give & Go pass with.
If space in front (dribble the ball at cone & performe at the last possible minute )
Not space (One touch Give & Go ),
Look to use the correct surface to keep the ball at a good distance from cones.

Instructions for Defender "D".
Atarting Point: When "A" has the ball, Defender "D" stands on the cone in front of "A".
First move: When "A" passes to "C", Defender "D" runs across to close the line (forcing "C" to play back to "A".
Second Move: As "A" dribbles up into space, "D" runs back to the starting point ( trying to close the line)
Note: Defender "D" moves on his line
Instructions for Defender "E".
Atarting Point: Slightly behind player "B" ( As shown)
First move: As "A" receives the ball into space behind Defender "D", Defender "E" closes the line as shown.

Organization as shown:
• 4 v 4 at two small goals on a playing area that is 40 x 35 yards.
• Four neutral players who must act as wall players are positioned behind the goal.
Instructions:
• The team in possession must use the entire field (spacing & passing intelligence).
• Create a situation on the field that facilitates fast play with superior number.
• After making a pass, the player with the ball must execute a specific running path to get the ball back.
• Good distance & angle of support when acting as the support player in the give and go.
• The support player must perform a quality of return pass.
• If the situation doesn't allow for the Give & Go pass to be played, the support player must break off and reopen the game (passing intelligence).
Note: Every team that plays a Give & Go pass gets 5 bonus points.
Progressions:
• Give & Go passes can only be played on the field, and the four players at the edges of the field can only play for the third man.
• Successful Give & Go with a third man is worth two bonus points.
• The four neutral players play one touch and can only rebound to the player from whom they received it.
• Four neutral players are added at the four sides of the field.
