Players position themselves at the 2 end cones and then in the middle of each set of 2 cones.
-Middle players check opposite of eachother to create passing lanes/angles/options
Combinations:
-1 plays to 2 on their back foot who plays to 3 on their back foot who plays in to 4. 4 dribbles to end everyone moves one cone.
-1 plays to 2 who lays it back off to 1. then plays in to 3 who lays it off for 2 who then plays in to 4. 4 dribbles to end everyone moves a cone.
-1 plays through the lines to 3 who lays it off for 2 (who is moving off their cone). 2 plays in to 4 and then 4 and 3 play a give and go.
-Free play to perform and combinations we just did with their own choosing.

Adding in a defender who can only defend players 2 and 3 (inside the 10x10 box)
Players 1 through 4 looking to combine to get the ball up to player 4 using the combinations and movements we just did.
Defender switches after they win the ball or attackers lose possession 4 times.

4 Goal Game
Looking to see players make field big when in possession to open up the opportunity to go 1v1 against a defender
Decision making- maybe turn away from pressure if space is limited going forward
Confidence with ball
Breaking lines of pressure with a pass (in to one of the goals or a teammate)
Progression-to score, player on your team must check behind a gate and receive a pass

If you have access to a goal
Split teams in 2
3v2 transition
First team starts by playing ball out to their target player (could be wide or central depending what you want to work on)
Team goes 3v2 to goal. If team defending wins ball, they go 3v2 to counter goals
After x amount of minutes , switch roles
