(2 v 2) + 2 練習

DESCRIPTION:

分開2組人, 每組4人 - 分別係黃色及藍色隊

1. 黃組球隊目的是將皮球以由Zone A 傳到Zone B內的球員D 才得到一分;

    藍組球員必須阻止對方傳入Zone A or Zone B 得分

2. 得分後場內球員C 及球員B 可繼續接應皮球傳球回到Zone A 的球員,繼續得分。
3. 如中途被藍衫搶得皮球的話,藍組球員便將皮球傳進Zone C or  Zone D 得分。 

     黃組球員必須阻止對方傳入Zone A or Zone B 得分

4. 皮球出界後, 由教練分派皮球到場區繼續訓練

5. 

*特別得分規則: 

如皮球能夠直接由Zone A 傳球到Zone B 或者由Zone C 傳到Zone D 的話(Option 1), 防守一隊球員必須要做5下掌上壓。

原因:

如皮球能夠直接由Zone A 傳球到Zone B的話(Option 1),即代表進攻一方有充足空間進行(1st Priority) 射門得分或(2nd  Priority) 以直線進攻. 也同時代表防守線的缺憾. 

此條件能夠指導防守球員的防守的任務優先次序 (1st 封阻射門路線/ 2nd 封阻直線機 / 3rd 盯防無球的進攻球員)


AIMS:

A. 進攻

改善球員於2 v 2 如何使用闊度及深度進攻得分 - 得分方法Pirority

B. 防守:

改善球員個人及小組的防守意識, (同時要做到 - 1st 封阻對方得分路線及 2nd 盯人及溝通防守

C. 攻守轉換

改善球員由攻守轉換及守攻轉換的意識
