Session Detail
> This conditioned game starts with a 1 v 0 as one player dribbles forward against the GK, once this play has finished, two players emerge from behind the goal to create a 2 v 1 attacking the opposite direction.
> This continues until all players have played and is then repeated.
> Allows for different numbers of overload and game realism.
Coaching Points
> Two-player combinations (BP)
> Speed of play (BP)
> Being clinical in a +1 situation (BP)
> 1 v 1 defending; reducing the overload to a minimal situation (BPO)
Progression(s)
> Make the area bigger to add more physical loading.
> Play is continuous as players leave the practice once they have played as it then moves back down to a 1 v 0 to then build up.
> Add a time limit per each round to encourage quick play.

Session Detail
> A rondo practice is set up in the central third with the second GK serving the ball; as well as acting as a target player, and two support players to each side of the area.
> The overload arranged with the purpose of the end line being broken with a through ball from a middle player; this could be wide for the neutral player to move forward.
> Once the line has been broken the team have an opportunity to score; whether this is 1 v 1 with the GK or a series of combinations, ensure that this part is realistic to a match.
> If the defending team win possession they can play back to the serving GK.
Coaching Points
> Type of run vs. type of ball- breaking lines/offside (BP)
> Patience in build up (BP)
> Reducing the overload; blocking passing lines (BPO)
> Pressing (BPO)
Progression(s)
> Introduce back line who can move along the line to block any forward passes.
> Once line has been broken, defending players can recover to stop attack.
> Players must complete X amount of passes before breaking the line.
> BPO transition to play out from the back into wide areas (small goals) or central areas (big goal, strike at keeper)
