Basic Principle: BUILD POSSESSION OUT OF THE BACK WITH A DETERMINED STRUCTURE THAT CREATES ADVANTAGES TO PROGRESS. (NUMERICAL / POSITIONAL / QUALITATIVE / EMOTIONAL)
Sub Principle: Fixed positions of wide players to keep the width and stagger players behind the opponent's pressure, half spaces, and central zones.
Sub sub Principle: Knowledge of the 3rd Man concept (3rd man based on the position of the ball).

Organization: Length of 9v9 field x width of the 18.
Instructions:
Ball starts from gk and build up team is trying to score on either of the 4 goals. If the black team wins the ball they can score on the big goal.
Coaching Points:
1) Build the 3-2 structure in the 18 + out of the 18 (numerical superiority vs their press).
2) Find the central of the 3-2 to break the press of 2 (avoid getting stuck on 1 side early).
3) Look fwd to break the press from opp. with diagonal passes.
4) movement with the 6 to bring opponent in to open up half space.
5) Awareness of space and surroundings.
Progressions:
2x 5:00min -> move goals up to midline and again 2x 5:00min.

Organization: Full half field.
Instructions:
Ball starts from gk and white can score on either the 2 small goals or dribble through the gate on the right.
After a team scores or ball goes out of bounds a 2nd ball starts from the coach on top of the 18.
Coaching Points:
1) Build the 3-2 structure in the 18 + out of the 18 (numerical superiority vs their press).
2) Find the central of the 3-2 to break the press of 2 (avoid getting stuck on 1 side early).
3) Look fwd to break the press from opp. with diagonal passes.

Organization: 5y wider then the yellow box (from 18-midline)
Instructions:
White is trying to reach any of the 3 fwd players with a pass from the first field. The 3 fwd players are trying to dribble into the zone to get a point. If the defenders win the ball they can score on the mini goals.
Coaching Points:
- high speed on the ball in the 5v2 to outplay the opponent and create the opening fwd.
- Look fwd up the field to rec. moment to progress (if not, move the possession).
- Rec. pressure on the 6's from 2nd line. If no commit, keep moving the ball to attract.
- Timing of the fwd players to check in (angle in which they show for the ball) + pass away from the press.
