METHOD
Players pass the ball to the cone opposite. Once the ball has been passed players run to the cone to their right. After a length of time players will be instructed to move to the left rather than the right.
COACHING POINTS
Weight of pass.
Positive touch out of body to set for next action.
Effective communication, call for the pass/tell the receiver its coming.
Step away from cone/meet the ball.
EQUIPMENT
4x Cones

METHOD
P1 starts with the ball, playing a long pass to P2 at the top. P2 then passes to their left. P3 plays it across to the other side to P4, who then plays to their right. When a player passes th ball, they must move to the right. After a period of time move to the left after pass.

METHOD
Both teams must have a player at each end of the area to act as link up players, to support the 3v3 in the middle. The aim is to try and get the ball from one side to the other. Down the channels is a neutral wall player to support as well.
COACHING POINTS
Team shape (Length, depth and width).
Positive touch, open body up.
Effective communication.
PROGRESSION
When you play the pass to one of the link up players at the end, you must swap places with them.
COACHING POINTS
Players off the ball must be aware of the change over and offer support.
EQUIPMENT
2x 6 Bibs (Yellow & Blue).
1x Ball.

Teams must complete 4 passes before shooting at goal.

METHOD
Yellow player (P1) start on the cones with the ball and act as feeders. They play a 1-2 with the black player (P2) who moves away to another feeder. P1 then plays a 1-2 with blue player (P3), who follows P2.
Rotate players so each will become a feeder.
COACHING POINTS
Positive touch out of body.
Weight of pass back to feeder.
Change of pace to move to next feeder.
PROGRESSION
When P1 plays the ball P2 lets the ball through his legs and spins off. P3 plays a 1-2 with P2, returning ball to player 1.
COACHING POINTS
Quick change of pace to over width for the pass.
Put distance between you and passer so can be passed to.
Open body up.
