4 v 4 (supporting players)
Organisation
Play 4 v 4 and have 4 players who are support players on the outside- off the pitch. They are used to add the attacking play. Best of 3 games, or after 5mins- swap over.

Moving the ball forward game - Exploration of moving the ball and attacking at speed
Pitch is long specifically to challenge- Attackers to go forward first fast. Defenders to prevent the this forward first fast- 5 attackers v 3 defenders

Bench Ball
Play 6 v 6 and to score pass ball to team mate over the line, and then join them. The ball then given to the other team in front of the line.

Game- 1/4 pitch (due to half pitch access only)
Rules-
1- a goal scored within 30sec from a restart- resets oppositions score
2- Turn over in the attacking half and score= double points
