Dynamic warm up--10 minutes

Cones 5 yards apart--first cone 5 yards, second cone 20 yards.

•Jog Forward/Backpedal

•Skips with Arm Circles Fwd/Bwd

•Skips with Arm Swims Fwd/Bwd

•Skips with Eagle Flaps Side Shuffle with Arm Swings

•Hip Circles In/Out (open/close gates)

•Walking Lunges

•Hamstring Sweeps

•Cross Body Kicks

•Knee Hug to Glute Sit

•Calf Stretch

•Ankle Walk with Knee Drive

•Bwd Shuffle

•Sprints with deceleration
