Set-Up:
- 3 teams, the yellow team starts between the gates.
- 5vs5 in the middle, GK in the goal. This can be adjusted to 4vs4 with 4 nuetrals.
- Balls start with the coach.
Instructions:
- Coach plays the ball into a yellow who plays into the red.
- The attacking team looks to score on the big goal.
- If the defenders win the ball they too can score on the goal but must pass back to the bounce players.
- Switch every few minutes
Coaching Points:
- Speed of attack: Take opportunities to shoot.
- Decision making: When to play forwards, When to play to feet.

- Balls behind the goals.
Instructions:
- Possession team has the yellow neutrals on their team and looks to score.
- When blue win the ball back they also have the neutrals.
- Its a regular game but with neutrals.
Coaching Points:
- Possession team look to make the field big
- Quick combinations in the attacking third.

Set-Up:
- 60x40 area with two gates in the middle.
- Balls start with coach.
- 8 players per team.
Instructions:
- Red team starts with the ball and looks to play through a gate to score in the opposite end zone.
- No pass limit but the possession team must play back into their zone before playing through a gate.
- 4 players from the opposition look to press the ball to win back and play to their team.
Coaching Points:
- closest player pressures the ball.
- 2nd closest player looks to cut off the pass
- Use previously discussed triggers on when to pressure the ball.
