Groups of 4. 15 yards between lines.

1 - check to middle, recieve, play back to own side, play out get out

2 - Check to middle (opposite side), receive, play out, 1 touch on outside

3 - Check out, lay off, spin outside, get out as player being laid off plays across

4 - Check out, lay off, spin outside, 1-2 on the outside ,play across

5 - Check out, lay off, spin outside, 1-2 on the outside, in to middle guy and lay off

1 - Long, short, play out get out. Follow Pass. Players go round anti-clockwise

3 Teams per area - 2 touch, team who loses possession is now defending. Quick transition to pressure and utilize as much space as possible. Quesions (with the ball): Where are we trying to go? What should I passing be like? Where do you alway have an option? What should you do once you play the ball? GQ (without the ball) What should the first defender do? Second Defender? Third Defender? What is the key as soon as you lose possession? Where Should the communication come from? How can we squeeze the oppositions possession?

4 Goal Game Tournament - Focus is on manipulating the opposition to move them around and exploit the space on the far side. 2 touches. Field can be split into 3 channels if needed where players must be across certain areas in order to score. Middle channel can be overloaded if necessary.
