Objective of session to to allow for players to be creative through various sessions incorporating the technical and physical attributes needed w hen dribbling. The drills are designed to be fun, competitive and demanding from a speed of play perspective.

Organization:
- Make a 30 x 25 yard grid, smaller if less players
- divide the group into 2 equal teams of 5 + GK required
- make the teams rotate GKs every 4 mins.
Progressions:
- One touch finish are worth 2 goals
- finishing with non-dominant foot worth 2 goals
Coaching Points:
- speed of play = fast (where possible)
- decision making
- attacking mentality
- team defending (everyone is behind the ball when it's lost)
- game management when in possession (don't simply kick it away)
- urgency to score when behind

Organization:
- Make a 20x15 or 15x15m area with 7 players with a soccer ball (Pirates) and 2 players (Defenders) without a ball. If group is very large you can have a second set of 7 pirates going East-to-West.
- On coach's command, the pirates attempt to dribble past the defenders in attempt to take the treasure (cones). To take the treassure the players much dribble the ball across to the other side without losing it.
- If the pirates lose the ball to the defenders, they must complete 10 toe taps and start back over at the start line.
- The pirate with the most treasures collected wins the game.
- Repeat the game by changing the defenders.
Coaching Points:
- speed of play = fast (where possible)
- dribbling into space

Organization:
- 15 x 15 or larger depending on size of kids
- Red plays ball into Blue and quickly defends by applying immediate pressure
- Blue player looks to lose his man and score on either net by using different feints, to escape the pressure.
Progression:
- Must score with non-dominant foot
- Must score in 10 seconds or less
- Add a second game during play
Coaching Points:
- Change of direction & Pace
- Different cuts to beat defender / opponent
- Face defender / opponent to take him on
- Creativity / Attacking Mentality

Organization:
- Set up in an area 15x15 with 3 gates in each of the corners.
- Divide players into two lines. The defender passes the ball to the attacker and races out to defend.
- The attacker must show a desguise and try to score in three (3) gates.
- Rotate positions after a set time or after each play.
Variation: Player has 10 seconds to score.
Coaching Points:
- Good firm pass
- Instant pressure from defender
- Can Attacker take a first touch in the direction he wants to go.
- Attacker must make a decision to go right or left, attacker to be creative.
- Creativity and explosivness.

Organization:
- 15 x 25 yard grid, larger if space permits.
- divide the group into 2 equal teams of 4 players each - NO GK
- unlimited touches to all players to start.
- players look to score by dribbling though one of the gates.
- each game is 4mins - each team plays each other once. Winner with most games won
Progressions:
- Can team score in assigned time (ie: 10 Seconds)
Coaching Points:
- speed of play = fast
- shape = TRIANGLES at all times
- decision making - keep head up
- creativity / attacking mentality
