Continuous 1v1
Blue player attacks Red player 1v1 and tries to score into one of the mini goals.
If Blue scores, or the ball goes dead, the Blue becomes the defender and the next Red player attacks 1v1.
If the defender wins the ball they can attack the opposing mini goals.
Keep score Reds v Blues. Play for a given time (2/3 minutes).
Coaching Points:
Attackers:
Remember your 1v1 moves.
Attack at speed.
Positive first touch (laces), accelerate out with ball in front.
Defenders:

Square pitch with 4 mini goals.
Either side of each mini goal will be one Red and one Blue player.
Play 2v2 (or 3v3) in the middle.
Coaches outside the area with a supply of balls to feed in if ball goes dead.
When a player scores he leaves the pitch and his teammate adjacent to the goal he just scored in immediately dribbles onto the pitch and play resumes 2v2. Players must attack a different goal.
Coaching Points:
Players need to be switched on and ready to join the 2v2.
Joining players must attack quickly.
If there's an odd number of players, replace one of the mini goals with a larger goal and a GK.
