Part 1

Play starts with a pass into the attacker

Attackers first touch activates defender on the opposite side

Attacker takes on the defender 1vs1

Defender wins the ball they go the opposite way 

1 point for going through the wider black gates

2 points for getting through the central red gates

Passer>Attacker>Defender>Line

 Key Points:

  • Body shape 
  • Showing the attacker away from the target (red gate)
  • Pressure on the ball as quickly as possible - applying the breaks so you don't get beat with one touch/skill

Play starts with defender passing into the attacker in their team 

Attackers first touch activates defender on the opposite side

Attacker takes on the defender 1vs1 = 2x1vs1 with both happening at the same time

Defender wins the ball they go the opposite way and score in the mini goal

One ball left = 2vs2 

1 point for going through the wider black gates

2 points for getting through the central red gates
