U3 5min: Freeze tag, Mr Wolf or red light green light
U4 SSG 10min: Play 3v3 with subs on one field, or two fields based on numbers.

Organization: 3 areas of 10x15, cones, hurdles , flags/poles, rings, pylons, nets
Warm up- 5m: Stretches- follow the coach, toe touch/ reach up, frog hops, swimming strokes, fast feet....
Instructions:
Activity 1- 7min: Agility run, use rings, hurdles, poles and flags in two lines, split group into 2 teams and have relay races. Players go through the course nd sprint back to high 5 next player to start.
Activity 2- 7min: Set up coloured shapes with cones. Scatter shapes on the grass and have players dribble to get a shape and drop it into the coned shape. Next have them do it by colour.
Area 3- 7min: Players are shown a cutout shape and dribble to the net with that shape around it and shoot. Return with the ball and get another shape.
