Organization:
- As shown. Groups of 3.
Instructions:
- First player in line dribbles and crosses the blue line, performs a given turn and dribbles back to line.
- Next player begins his dribble on eye contact and performs the same as above.
Coaching Points:
U-Turn:
- Entry 1 – Dribbling with the ball on the safe side (away from the defender)
- Entry 2 – Arms out to feel the defender
- Entry 3 – Head up to see the field
- Execution 1 – Toe part of the sole
- Execution 2 – High Knee
- Execution 3 – Movement of the non-kicking foot to help generate power and create space for ball
- Execution 4 – Contact on the top of the ball
- Exit 1 – Angle of touch out of the feet (helps with next action)
- Exit 2 – Distance of touch
Progression
P: Player that turns plays a pass and next player goes when receiving.

- A plays to B and defends. B plays to C. C attacks.
- Defender cannot close down until player B's pass.
Coaching Points:
- Quality of body shape and first touch.
- Increase defender's momentum.
- Recognition when to turn and when to stop-start.
- Quality of final touch and look to finish early.
Progressions/Regressions:
- Change moment defender can close down.

Instructions:
- Teams play 3v3 to their respective attacking goals (2).
Coaching Points:
- Decision making of 1st attacker. Can we create 2v1's.
- Movement of 2nd and 3rd attackers. Create 2v1's and don't block passing lanes (especially to goal).
- Quality of pass.
Progressions/Regressions:
- Touch restrictions.

Organization:
- As shown. Players in pairs; in opposite lines.
Instructions:
- Attacker (white) and Defender (red) make eye contact.
- Game is live on Attacker's first step.
- Attacker attempts to run across the blue line w/o getting tagged for a point.
- Defender attempts to tag attacker for a point.
- Switch lines / roles.
Coaching Points:
- Attack space with speed (increase defender's momentum)
- Decision making based on defender's position / momentum (continue attacking space, turn when defender gets ahead and is running, stop-start if they're even).
- Slow defender down with stop-start.
- When to change speed and angle based on defender's position.
