Set Up: Passing Drill - 40 x 20m Grid set up as shown
Organisation: 1 passes to 2 and gets a return pass. PLayer 2 follows their pass to press player 1 who has the option of playing to either 3 or 4 on the way to playing 5. The drill repeats from the opposite end. Players follow their pass to rotate through.

Set Up: 30 x 30 Grid with 15 x 15 grid in the centre
Organisation: The 6 players in the big grid cannot enter the central grid. The 4 players in the centre grid start by staying in the grid. The central players need to prevent passes through the centre grid.
Coaching Points:
Stay compact and prevent passes through. Try to block the ball being played forward. Make them play in a predictable manner by leaving space for them to play into.
Progressions:
1 of the Central players can now go out and press the ball as it moves.
Be aware that the first player rarely wins the ball, but the second is the one who can spring the trap.
2 players can go out.
