Instructions:
Ball starts from the coach who plays the ball into one of the midfield players who has to hit the wide player, the activity starts then.
Coaching Points:
1. Starting positions of the wide players to create width in the team
2. Recognition of the full back when to exploit 2 vs 1 with underlapping run (problem 1)
3. Recognition of the full back when to exploit 2 vs 1 with Overlapping run (problem 2)
4. Recognition of when the full back stays put (problem 3)
5. Movement of the CF to try and stop the CB moving into the wider channels and creating 2 vs 1 situations
