Organisation
Playing area split into 3, 2 shaded areas with cones as scoring zones and a main playing area.
Explanation
Session will begin with a overload for one team 6v4 or 7v3 (Reds) coach to start / restart session when goal is scored
Aim of the game is to either to make a run and receive ball in scoring zone or dribble in. If reds score inbetween the coned area 2 points will be awarded, one point awarded if reds score in the middle zone of the scoring area.
Blues will be awarded double points for scoring in the seperate scoring zones and will also be awarded a point if they successfully make 3 consecutive passes.
Challenges / Considerations
Limited touches / possibly 1, 2 or 3 touches (Reds)
Score within 3 passes (Reds)
Can blues pressure at correct times to encourage mistakes from reds
Amend scoring points throughout session if needed
