Organization: U3- MR Wolf 20x15M area

Instructions:
U3 5min: Have a player help as Mr wolf, they have a water bottle to chase the other players.
U4 SSG 7min: 8-12 players - play 4v4 with subs on one field, or 3 teams.
13+ players, divide into 2 fields with teams of 3 or more
3 and 4s (25 mins)
Organization: 3 areas of 10x15, cones, hurdles , flags/poles, rings, pylons, nets
Warm up- 5m: Stretches- follow the coach, toe touch/ reach up, frog hops, swimming strokes, fast feet....
Instructions:
Activity 1- 7min: Agility run, use rings, hurdles, poles and flags for the finish, continual run with coaches directing players as needed.
Activity 2- 7min: Players dribble from the shore(green cones) down the river to the opposite shore while the coach sprays them with a water bottle. They pick up a sea shell (yellow cone) and take it back and drop it off at the opposite side. Repeat until all the shells are gone.
Activity 3- 7min: Players start by dribbling through the cones without touching them to the opposite side to pick up rain hats (red cones) and dribble back to the green cones while coach sprays them with a water bottle. Next they dribble in to get a cone to make an ice cream cone and put their ran mat on it and return to the green cones. Repeat until all the cones are gone.
