Liverpool Shooting Exercise

1) All 3 lines start by playing a ball to their teammate accross from them who bounces it back to them.

2)The next 3 player actions happen simultaneously.

Player A: Will roll the ball accross to Player C then make a run into an advanced scoring position

Player B: Will take a first time shot from the original pass then look to support player C

Player C: Will play a ball to the advanced player A who will shoot first time. Player C will then receive the original ball from Player C's action.

3) Once Received, Player C will play a 1-2 with Player B for a shot on goal.

Repeat

Numbers Up to Big Goal (20 mins)

1) Start with attacking team going 1v0 to goal

2) After shot progress to 2v1

3) Transition to 3v2

Reset after 3v2

Defensive team plays to small goals if won
