Organization:
Both Teams Have a ball, trying to get back and fourth 10 times before the other team
Instructions:
• Both Teams Have a ball, trying to get back and fourth 10 times before the other team
• Blue team plays E-W Red team plays N-S
• Players trying to complete 3 or 4 passes, on the final pass they must play to a neutral player, when this occurs the player making the final pass must replace the neutral player.
• Both teams playing at the same time trying to move the ball quickly (First team to 10 switches wins).
Coaching Points:
Selection of appropriate passing technique (inside, driven, curled)
- Weight, angle, timing, trajectory and shape of pass
- Direction and distance of first touch
- Movement off the ball to create space (for self and teammates) and open passing lane
- Speed, angle and timing of supporting movement
- Read triggers and body lanaguage of teammates
- Speed of play

Organization:
-Two lines of equal numbers.
-10 x 15 Yard Area.
Instructions:
• All players start in a line in the center (See diagram on left)
• Player A takes a touch to either side which is the cue for all other players to move,
-player B middle player, moves opposite of player A's touch,
-player C, most advanced player, moves the same direction as player A's first touch.
• Player A, then plays a pass to the back foot of player B
• On C's first touch A becomes a passive defender and applies pressure to C.
• C beats A by combining with B using a give and go
• Rotation: A to B, B to C, C to A.

5) Drive at defender's front foot
6) Keep ball close, touch on every step
7) Play late as possible with outside foot

Players play 1v1 inside the playing area, the extra/resting players surround trhe area as shown, one in the attacking half and opposite them, one in the defending half, neutral players have 1 or 2 touches (depends on ability) Games are 1 minute long, competiiton between two teams

Instructions:
Attacking team (Blue) must make two play switches in the midfield zone before they can play forward. Once the ball has gone into the final third two players may join to make a 4v4 to goal. If defending team (White) wins the ball they play to the two small wide goals on teh half way line.
Coaching Points:
- Quality of pass and first touch
- Open up on first touch if possible (play away from pressure)
- Body position to receive
- Movement without the ball to create space
- Effective communication (Name, Open up, Switch)
- Speed of play
Progressions:
- Take out zones and play 6v6 to goal.
- Add in more numbers (if available).

Organization:
12 players divided into two teams-team in the middle pairs into groups of 2, teams on the outside, spread themselves around the outside-3 soccer balls, extras around the outside
Instructions:
• Players on the inside partner up, with one ball per pair
• As one player on the inside plays to a player on the outside, the other provides a supporting angle and recives the ball back from the outside player.
• Pairs must go to a new outside player each time, they cannot go to the same outside player twice in a row
• Players on the outside recive the ball from one of the partners and play back to the other partner
Coaching Points:
• Quality of pass (weight, accuracy)
• Quality of movement off the ball
• Body shape as recoveing player is getting the ball, can you open up on the half turn to play quickly into space-
• Players should look to recive the ball on the back foot
• Dribbling technique using/finding open spaces
• Attacking in small groups and individually with no pressure
• Movement off the ball-Can you get in a place that allows you to see most of the field and still be able to recieve the ball on the farthest foot from the outside player passing you the ball?
Progressions:
P-Now player on the outside recieves the ball from Player "A" and plas to Player "B", Now player "B" looks to immediatly find the space for player A and plays back to them. For this activity play for 45 seconds and switch player A within the pair
