We are going to the big city today to see all of the sights. Important to have lots of energy and keep the players active the entire time. Players have to get to the train station from home. On the road, players have to move in different ways to get to the train station (backpedal, hops, balancing on one leg, etc)

Activity One- Taking The Train

Red light, green light as the train will have to stop at each terminal on the way downtown. (with and without the ball)

Be creative with commands of “slowing down”, “backing up”, etc.

Can go without the balls but have the coaches roll balls (cars) at the players going across and the train has to avoid hitting the cars.

Activity Two- Catch A Cab (also known as flag down the Uber!)

The coach is the cab, and so we need to tag the coach (without ball, with ball, etc)

The players are then the cabs, and the coaches are trying to coach the players

Activity Three- See The Sights

Using cones or markers to have colored areas for players to visit without and then with the ball.

Be creative on where they should go

Activity Four- Go To the Soccer Stadium

Play a game if your team is capable

Just roll balls out and have them score when their name is called

Etc.
