1v1 Progression (10 mins)
Setup
- two teams in a 20x 25 area. 4 mini goals
Practice
- 1v1 - Attacker breaks out and either plays a pass off the bounceboard or dribbles through gate. Defender can press and engage once they have taken a positive touch after gate or board pass.
Progression(s)
- 1v1 (p) Attacker is played ball by teammate and must turn to drive at defender. no gate or bounce board.
- 1v2 add in defender for each team. when attacking player turns they must run through a gate before they can recover
