Organization:
1. 15x10 yard area set up in 1/3rds, 5 yard grid central
2. 3 teams of 4 set up as shown
3. 6 Soccer Balls with coach central
Instructions:
1. Blue Team creates short passing combinations and plays white when available
2. Yellows defend, sending two defenders into the area where there is possession. The other two plays sit central and can intercept the through ball
3. If a team loses possession, they become defenders. The ball restarts at the opposite end with a ball passed in from the coach
Coaching Points:
1. Angle of approach
2. Head up to observe your target
3. Specific Technique
4. Weight and Accuracy of Pass
5. Disguise your pass
Progressions:
1. Need to have 3 passes before the ball can switch grids
2. Limit 2 touch

Half field, use cones to mark out channels (width of 18)
Two mini goals on the each corner of the half.

Free play.

Focus on more interchanging parts and movement.
Width to create space for yourself and/or teammates.
Body shape, opening up to space/field, receiving the ball with proper foot depending on what you want to next, etc.

Organization:
1. 4 - 10X6 yard area set up as shown
2. 12 Players (Separate in teams of 3)
3. 16 cones
4. 4 cones in straight line 2 yards apart
5. 4 Soccer Balls
Instructions:
1. Player 1 plays to player 2
2. Player 2 has two touches, 1st touch takes player 2 into a new channel, player 2 plays player 1
3. Player 1 moves to a new channel and players back to 2
4. Speed should be high
5. Keep track of successful passes through gates without hitting a cone or taking more than two touches.
Coaching Points:
1. Angle of approach center
2. Supporting foot isnext to the ball pointed at target
3. Head up to observe target
4. Contact ball - middle
5. Contact ball - inside
6. Angle locked, use different parts of the foot

1. 45 Seconds time limit to complete clean repetitions
