Setup- Mark out two 10 x 10 areas with cones, each with cones at the halfway mark. 6 players at each- 4 attackers and 2 defenders.
Description- 4v2 transitional rondo. Players begin rondo in one half of the area. Then upon the decision of the player at the halfway line, the ball and players transition into the other half of the area. 5 min rondo, 2 min mobility, 5 min rondo, 2 min stability (May have to reduce to 4v1, depending on attendance)

Setup- Mark an area 20 x 25 with cones. 9 players- 3 attackers, 3 defenders, and 3 neutrals
Description- 3v3 +3 positional play. Attackers to play ball from end to end for 1 point. When defenders win the ball, play to one of the outer neutrals and transition to become attackers. Rotate neutrals to become D or A. If extra players, rotate extras out for scoreboard soccer (1v1 w/ mini goals)

Description- 5v5 +2 game. Neutrals play as midfielder for team in possession. Play with throw-ins. (May have to play 4v4 +2, depending on attendance)
