Square passing.
1. Follow all passes. Pass to far person on the iside and they lay off for support pass to the diagonal and they make a square pass...Repeat...should be 2 touch to begin and then 1 touch. (2 balls should be going)
2. Overlap progression: Same passing pattern but the support lay off is now for a overlap by that inerior player. Passer who passe into the middle will go to the near middle cone instead of following pass.

Group 1: Dribbles and shoots on net. Look for pass from group 2 after shot.
Group 2: Gives a wall pass to group 1 player and takes a 1 time shot. Will make a curl run afterwards.
Group 3. Passes to the group 1 player and will receive a pass to the corner for a cross to the group 2 player.
Players rotate after all 3 stages are done.
