Grid: 18x12
- Find opposite target for a goal - make it/take it.
- If opposition wins ball, they must play back to their target before going forward
- Targets should attempt to overload middle area on the dribble
- Tagets can play each other
- Play 1 min and switch - only score when finding opposite target - should be competitive!
- Coach within game, natural stoppages, and use freeze method.

Grid = 35x20 (10-15-10)
*Play starts with GK playing into CB
*One attacking player may overload the next area with movement or dribble
Example: CB overloads on the dribble into middle area, CM's look to peel off, Play may go direct from CB to CF, Not on?? Switch play
- Play 2min games! Should be competitive!
- GK may only defend by entering the grid to defend through balls (using prep steps)
- Back passes should be used when appropriate
- Goal-scored by dribbling across opposition's endline.

8v8: Field: 77x46, Two 12-minute games with 2 mins rest between games
- All restarts from the GKs
**Uninterupted Play: Coach within the run of play only. No stoppages. Keep balls available for restarts.
- Encourage building at the appropriate times "Build"
- "Get your lines" on goal kicks, restarts, etc. -
- Defend in a 3-3-1, attack in a 2-3-2
