Progression
The ball has been played to the forward and MF & wide players have supported the attack.
The Blues should try to finish the attack as quickly as possible. (3v4)
If the attack is delayed they can recirculate the ball via the CB to keep the attack alive.
To keep it realistic one of the Yellows from MF can pressurise the CB.

See the guidance at the top of this page to understand why you are not seeing interactive Football/Soccer images.
Progression
Blues must try to connect 5 passes within the shaded area but can also use the CB (unopposed).
After 5 passes the ball MUST go to the CB who can choose to;
a. Release a wide player with a lofted diagonal pass
b. Play a lofted pass into the striker
All Yellows can retreat to defend but Blues must keep at least 2 players in the shaded area to help recirculate the ball.
NB - Try to give the Yellows a target to play out to or mini-goals.
