Method: 12 Players pre group , one group is a 2v2 the other is 6v6  4v4 with 2 line players as above   , Active session .

Coaching Points: 2v2 Game Players must run across to opposite goal call Coach ,the  1st Player to do so receives ball and tried to score  . 3x players at each goal quick transition in and out of game . 5mins pre game .

progress to 3v3 same rules apply but middle player just runs to opposite end  line.

4v4 x 2 Possession base game once a pass goes to the outside the receiving player swaps with the passing player and enters the game passing player becomes line player .

Progress to 4 complete passing score in either goal.  5 mins pre game . 

 2v2 3v3 , SPEED ,MOVEMENT ,COMMUNACATION. 

4V4X2  Encourage, QUICK PASSING , MOVEMENT OFF THE BALL, SWITCH ANGLE ,COMMUNACATION,

NUMBERS IN POSSESSION GAME CAN BE 3V3X2 0R EVEN 5V5X2 DEPENDING ON YOUR GROUP.
