- instructions to players should be as follows:
1. Attack
2. Defend
3. Get a ball and get back in line
- player A dribbles to attack goal, after player A comes out to defend as player B dribbles on to attack, this cycle repeats
- attacking turn is over when player scores, misses across endline, or defender wins ball (if defender wins ball they are done, they are not able to score)
- cannot score outside box, encourage players to take on defenders
Coaching Points:
*dribble at speed, stay facing forward, do not turn back to goal when attacking
*dribble at middle to open up both goals as an option
*use skill to take on defender
*defenders need to keep moving feet, get attackers head down, expect the player to cut and be ready to tackle or poke

*attacking at speed
*creat 2v1 opportunities
*dribble at isolated defenders
*encourage players off the ball to penetrate and get behind defenders
