Touch Tight Marking (Off-set goals)

Description

Two teams. Each player is only allowed to defend against one player from the opposition. This exercise is to instil discipline in defence and stops ball watching. Teams defend one goal each and score in the other goal. Goals are offset to prevent overcrowding.

Coaching Points

Players are allowed to hand over attackers, but then the player handing over has to find the other attacker. When ever the whistle goes to stop the game, players should be within a sticks length the person they are marking.
