Organization:
4 cones in a diamond, 3 players per area with 1 ball
Instructions:
Rules:
1. Have to take 2 touches
2. Only 1 double pass allowed
3. Ball can't go in diamond
4. Have to be on cone to right and left before make pass
Coaching Points:
Where to move - Right and left of support player
When to move - As ball is passed
Body position to go both ways
Different techniques (receive and pass without steps in between)

Organization:
4 areas with middle area for defenders (6 attackers, 3 defenders)
Instructions:
5 passes then transfer ball to another zone
Zone with ball in it has to have 3 players, other zones must always have 1
1 defender can try and win ball (once ball leaves zone, next defender can't go into zone until defender is back in area)
Defender gets 2 points for finding middle zone or 1 for dribbling out of area

Blue player N-S Red plays E-W players trying to complete 3(4) passes, on the final pass they must play to a neutral player, when this occurs the player making the final pass must replace the neutral player. Both teams playing at the same time trying to move the ball quickly.
