Instructions:
Coach begins agme with a pass to either team. Receiving player attempts to score in big goal. Defender is looking to steal ball and score in the small goal.
Coaching Points:
- Quality of first touch
- Awareness of defender
- Decision; continue forward or cut back inside
- Quality of move
- Quality of finish

- Play from both sides

Set up as above. Two groups doing the same activity back to back.
Instructions:
- Player in middle is the finisher
- Ball 1: Driven out to finisher who has 2 touches to finish
- Ball 2: 1 touch finish from close range
- Ball 3: Cross and finish
- Finisher works for 90 seconds then rotate roles

Warm up (15 mins)
Organization:
- Middle markers are set 3 yards a part forming a triangle
with the outside markers being set 10 yards a part
- 12 Players (3 teams of 4) set up as shown
- 1 ball per team
Instructions:
- In Groups of four, place one player on the middle marker and the other 3 players on the outside marker.
- Player A starts with the ball.
- Player A passes the ball to player B then joins the back of the line
- Player B then passes to player C who is now at the front of the line
- Continue through the line 5 times then change player in middle

- Angle of approach – Specific technique being coached
- Head up to observe your target
- Supporting foot
- Contact with the ball
- Contact with the foot
Regressions/Progressions:
P – Play one touch passing
P – Folow your pass and change in the middle
R – Decrease the distance from the outer marker to the middle marker
