Burger Bar
Organization:
1.20 x 20 yard area set up a shown
2.12 players (4 groups of 3) set up as shown
3.12 balls
4.24 cones
5.12 pinnies
Story/Description:
1.All burgers (balls), lettuce (pinnies) and buns (cones) are centrally located in area ‘The Grill
2.Players take turns to go to go to the grill, get an item and run back to their burger bar
3.Each team must build as many burgers as they can
4.The team with the most complete burgers wins
Coaching Points:
1.Get to the grill quickly
2.Make sure you build a good burger
Developments:
1.Players have to flip the burger (throw in the air) before taking it to the burger bar

Organization: 2 taggers. Everyone else is a runner.
Instructions: Players try to run across the grid to the opposite side. Taggers attempt to tag runners on their way across. If players are tagged the become seaweed and must stand still in seaweed valley (middle third). They can tag players as they run by but cannot move their feed to reach them. The last player to be tagged wins the round.
Coaching Points:
keep your head up as you run.
Change pace and direction to avoid taggers.
(p) Use messi touches then explode into space with ronaldo touches
Progressions:
Runners now have a ball at their feet
Taggers must now kick the ball out of the area

Simple Juggling warm. right foot (sponge) left foot (bob) right thigh (square) left thigh (pants)
Instructions:
Players attempt to complete the cycle by using their feet and thighs. first catching the ball in between then completing the whole thing without catching the ball or letting the ball hit the ground.
