Rules/explanation
- 2 teams will start on and the other 2 teams will start behind the goals, off the field
- Reds will start by attacking
- Once they have either shot or blue win the ball, the team on the outside will attack the reds
- Once the attacking team has a shot or defending team has won it, the team from that end will attack them

- You can attack if you win the ball defensively

Coaching cues
- Runners ahead of the ball
- Don't support from behind, get ahead of the ball
- Attack space in front of you to draw a defender out unless you have a better option
- Shoot within 22 yards
- What is the easiest goal to score?

Organisation/teams
- Half field
- 20-25 mins
- Red: Wes, Lachy C/Mikey, Kohen/Riley(Nate), Lachy M, Harvey(Hayden)
- Blue: Julien, Thomas, Sam G, Jimmy/Bushy, Rowan
Rules/explanation
1. Red and blue on halfway will bounce between each other
2. Red can turn at any stage and look to counter
3. 2 blues on halfway must recover
Team task
- Today's session is aimed at providing my players a better understanding of how to counter attack teams in transition from BPO-BP
Coaching cues
- First touch must go forward from midfielder
- Runners in behind immediately after reds win the ball(red turns on halfway)
- Look for the furthest ball forward
- Look to see which blue fullback is out of position
- Ball side fullback must support the attack
- Must be done with speed
