10X10 Yard Grid
Progression
1) Player in opposite line checks to in front of middle cone and performs turn to the side and passes ball to the line where they started and follow pass. Players in opposite grid does same thing.
Turns to use: Ball across body by turning hips, inside foot cut across body, outside foot turn.

1v1 + 2 Wide Neutrals
Player on ends tries to beat 1v1 defender. (Best option may be to play give n go around defender. If defender wins it, the attacker now becomes the defender. And new attacker starts up. Switch neutrals after 2 min.
Coaching points: wide neutral players need to always provide width, always be an option, and receive with hips open to field. Constantly moving for teammate.

2v2 + 2N
-Teams play 2v2 directionally. Encourage players to not always go forward but to go wide as well in case nothing is on.
-Switch neutrals every 3 minutes.
Scoring: score in small goal or switching the field from one neutral to another.

U12's:
- Players do 10 shuttle sprints with ball. 20 yard shuttle 3x then switch.
- play flying changes or target game.

3v1 + Ball Master (10 mins)
Technical Warm-up:
1) 3v1 Warm-up:
2) Ball Mastery: inside outside cut, dribble cut, dribble ct with sole, solve-V, sole-behind cont., pull-push, pull inside, fake shot.
3) Shielding: Place ball on top of cone and shield the defender from the ball.
Water break:
Passing + Receiving progression - 1 minute for each exercise
i) 2 touches - receive and pass with right. "" left
ii) receive across and play with opposite foot.
iii) receive to the side cut it back + pass
iv) check to receive & turn, once you take 2-3 touches turn and play your partner again.
add checking away & checking shoulders.
v) toss aerial balls below knee so player has to receive with inside of the foot and bring it down or let it bounce and put your foot on the ball before passing
vi) aerial ball above knees: players have to use thigh/chest/or head and then pass the ball once it hits the ground
Coaching Points: talk about starting stance, low base, bent knees and arms out for balance
