Organization:
- 10x10 area.
- 3 attackers positioned on outside of the area, 1 defender inside area.
- 1 ball per group.
Instructions:
- Attackers look to maintain possession by completing passes, while remaining on outside of area. Passes can go through the square. Every 5 passes is worth one point for attacking team.

- Attackers can move to any side of the square but can not be on the same side as another attacker.
- Defender must remain inside area. If they steal the ball (either from pass or dribble), switch roles with player they stole the ball from.
- Switch defender every minute if unable to steal.
Coaching Points:
- Movement off the ball to create passing lane.
- Head up to identify options (dribble or pass).
- Positive first touch into direction of play.
Regressions/Progressions:
-Adjust size of the area depending on level of success.
- Ensure we find the sweet spot between challenge and success.
