TECHNICAL PHASE 1 - 10 X4 reps
DESCRIPTION
Set 2 poles 10 yards from each other, 5 yards from the goal line, set a manequin another 2 yards in front of the poles. The GK start from the goal line, and other keeper from the 18 yard line. The coach or server stays at near post and serve a diagonal ball between the poles and the manequin, where the GK leave the goal line as quick as possible to get to the ball before 'striker'. After 4 reps switch the Gks, each GK will perform two sets of 4 reps on each side.
